Stephen was helpful and responsive. He correctly identified the issue with my flickering lights over the phone (outdated switch incompatible with my LED lights) and confirmed when he came to inspect. An adapter for our Christmas lights short circuited on 12/23. Naturally, we panicked because this was right before Christmas! Steve replaced 20 fluorescent to LED fixtures for us. He had them done so quickly, all are perfectly hung and he vacuumed any debris after. It made such a difference in the brightness in the rooms and we are so glad we had Steve for this job!
